Starting her career in sales at a multinational furniture company across 124 countries, she mastered the art of influence and achieved a 35% tender success rate, later leading her team to over 200% revenue growth for four consecutive years. Her passion for developing people led to her transition into full-time corporate training.
Today, Min Hui delivers high-impact programs for organizations such as BMW Group and llaollao Malaysia, specializing in communication, negotiation, and leadership development.
