At One Percent Academy, we believe training should deliver measurable, meaningful results.
Before the program: We set clear objectives with clients—covering learning outcomes, trainer performance, and participant engagement.
After the program: We gather feedback from participants and management to assess results against these objectives.
If objectives aren’t met: We review the case with the client. If gaps are due to us, we may refund 50% of the training fee (excluding venue, food, and logistics), under our terms and conditions.
