At One Percent Academy, we believe that quality training must deliver measurable and meaningful results.

Before the program: We work closely with clients to define clear training objectives—covering learning outcomes, trainer effectiveness, and participant engagement.

After the program: We collect structured feedback from participants and management to evaluate effectiveness based on the agreed-upon objectives.

If objectives are not met: We will conduct a fair and thorough review, involving both parties. If we identify substantial gaps in delivery that are directly attributable to us, we may offer a 50% refund of the training fee (excluding venue, food, logistics), subject to our terms and conditions.
